Cookie Policy
Detailed information about the cookies we use, how we manage your consent, and how you can control or disable them.
If you have questions about our cookie policy, contact us and we'll resolve them.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This cookie policy explains how A2 Estudio Legal uses cookies and similar technologies on its website www.a2estudiolegal.com (hereinafter, the "Website"). Access to and browsing of the Website implies acceptance of this cookie policy, without prejudice to the user's right to manage, configure or disable cookies in accordance with the provisions of this policy.
2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that a website sends to the user's browser and stores on their device. They allow the website to remember information about the visit, such as the preferred language, browsing preferences, or analytics data. Cookies do not harm the device and do not store sensitive personal information by themselves.
3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
A2 Estudio Legal exclusively uses analytics and measurement cookies through Google Analytics 4, for the purpose of collecting anonymous statistics about the use of the Website: pages visited, number of visitors, session duration, browser used, and screen resolution. This data is processed in aggregate form and does not allow individual user identification.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
Google Analytics, through the gtag.js tag, may store the following cookies on
the user's device only when the user has given their consent:
- _ga: identifies the user with a random identifier. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_
: maintains the session state. Duration: 2 years.
These cookies are loaded under the .a2estudiolegal.com domain and are
managed by Google LLC as a data processor. The information generated is used exclusively
for internal analytical purposes.
Advertising cookies (Consent Mode v2)
The Website implements Google Consent Mode v2. Although A2 Estudio Legal does not run active advertising campaigns, the Consent Mode system manages four consent categories which, if granted, could allow Google to store advertising-related data:
- ad_storage: storage related to advertising.
- ad_user_data: consent to share user data with Google for advertising purposes.
- ad_personalization: ad personalization.
- analytics_storage: storage related to analytics (e.g. visit duration, sessions).
By default, all four categories are initialized in the denied state. The user must explicitly accept the cookie banner for these categories to change to granted and for Google Analytics to store cookies.
First-party website cookies
A2 Estudio Legal does not set first-party cookies on the user's device. The only
information stored locally is the consent preference, which is saved in
the browser's localStorage (not a cookie) under the key
cookieConsent, with the value accepted or rejected.
4. CONSENT MANAGEMENT
When accessing the Website for the first time, an informational banner is displayed where the user can:
- Accept all analytics and advertising cookies described in this policy.
- Reject the installation of all analytics and advertising cookies. In this case, Google Analytics will continue to operate in "cookieless" mode (cookieless pings) and will not store information on the user's device.
The user's choice is stored in localStorage and is respected on subsequent
visits. If the user rejects consent, the banner will be shown again after 24 hours to
offer the possibility to accept again.
5. WITHDRAWING CONSENT
The user may withdraw their consent at any time by removing the stored preference. To do this:
- Open the browser's developer tools (F12) → "Application" or "Storage" tab.
- Under "Local Storage", find the
www.a2estudiolegal.comdomain. - Delete the
cookieConsententry.
Upon reloading the page, the cookie banner will be shown again, allowing the user to choose once more. Additionally, the user can block or delete already installed cookies through their browser settings.
6. BROWSER CONFIGURATION
Each browser offers instructions for managing and deleting cookies. Below are the official links for the most commonly used browsers:
