Does the tool replace a conformity assessment?

No. The tool helps identify the likely risk category. The conformity assessment (Art. 43) is a formal process that requires technical documentation, risk management and, in some cases, intervention by a notified body.

Does the tool cover GPAI?

Yes. If you indicate that your system is a general-purpose AI model, the tool assesses whether it may have systemic risk (>10²⁵ FLOPs) and the applicable obligations.

What should I do if my system is high-risk?

Request a formal conformity assessment. A2 Estudio Legal offers classification, technical documentation, conformity assessment and Art. 22 representative services for non-EU companies.
