Processing Purposes

Client and supplier data

If you have provided personal data, either as a client or supplier, A2 Estudio Legal will use it to maintain the existing contractual relationship.

Training data

If you have provided A2 Estudio Legal with your personal data to participate in a training seminar, this data will be processed for the management of said training event, payment management, or any action with the Administration that is relevant for processing subsidies.

Candidate data

If you have provided A2 Estudio Legal with your personal data to participate in selection processes to join our team, these will be processed exclusively for that purpose.

Marketing and advertising

A2 Estudio Legal may send you commercial information that it considers of interest related to contracted services, or any others related to Industrial and Intellectual Property, Data Protection, or any area within Commercial Law, the start-up sector and entrepreneurship, or new services that we consider of interest to you, always subject to your prior consent for this purpose, for example by ticking the specific checkbox in the contact form. This consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time by exercising your rights as indicated below.

Data Communication

A2 Estudio Legal will not communicate personal data to third parties, except those that are necessary for the continuation of the contractual relationship for which they were collected, such as the communication of personal data to industrial property agents in other countries, or companies that provide industrial property services in other countries or the Official Bodies before which the corresponding registrations or legal actions are processed.

Legal Basis

We inform you that the legal basis for the lawful processing of data by A2 Estudio Legal will be either the consent given by the interested party or any of the contractual or pre-contractual relationships previously stated, or the legitimate interest of A2 Estudio Legal to do so.

Retention Period

A2 Estudio Legal will retain the data provided as long as it maintains the contractual relationship that motivated the processing, the purpose for which they were collected, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, or responsibilities that may arise from said relationship.
