Does the tool store my answers?
No. The entire evaluation is processed exclusively in your browser. No data is sent to or stored on any server. The tool does not use cookies or tracking.
Does a "Compliant" result mean I comply with the GDPR?
No. It is an indicative self-assessment based on your answers. Only a formal audit can verify actual compliance during an AEPD inspection.
Does the tool replace a DPO?
No. The tool identifies gaps; the DPO designs and implements the compliance program, oversees compliance and acts as the point of contact with the AEPD.
Does the tool take into account the LOPDGDD?
Yes, where applicable (DPO, video surveillance, minors, infringements), the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) that develops the GDPR in Spain is referenced.
What should I do if I have critical gaps?
